- 1.合同管理設(shè)有組長(zhǎng)、管理人員;
- 2.使用工商局印制的統(tǒng)一合同;
- 3.建立合同檔案,并完善歸檔管理;
- 4統(tǒng)一合同編號(hào),業(yè)務(wù)員取合同外出需要有編號(hào)歸檔,誰(shuí)出問(wèn)題誰(shuí)負(fù)責(zé);
- 5.簽訂合同需要按黨的政策、法令和經(jīng)濟(jì)合同法的有關(guān)規(guī)定執(zhí)行;
- 6.本廠合同不轉(zhuǎn)借和私自外廠使用,如造成損失后果有自己負(fù)責(zé);
- 7.合同簽訂需要按照合同規(guī)定全面履行自己的義務(wù),做好服務(wù)工作,使用戶滿意。
- For sale

- 4.要經(jīng)常走訪用戶,聽取意見,改進(jìn)工作, 進(jìn)一步完善售后服務(wù)工作;
- 5.對(duì)用戶未來(lái)人,來(lái)函提出的質(zhì)量問(wèn)題,要及時(shí)解決,盡快達(dá)到用戶滿意;
- 6.凡用戶來(lái)廠購(gòu)配件,要保質(zhì)保量盡快解決;
- 7.設(shè)定熱線電話, 24小時(shí)值班服務(wù),及時(shí)回答咨詢。
- After-sale
- 1. Do a good job of after-sales service, and make clear the division of responsibilities;
- 2. Deliver the goods to the place of delivery on time as required by the user in accordance with the contract;
- 3. Timely arrange technical personnel to install test machine for users and train technical personnel on behalf of users;
